We review your current tax and bookkeeping situation, answer your questions, and give you a clear flat-fee quote for any work you decide to move forward with. No obligation.
How do your flat-fee quotes work?
After the consultation we scope the work and give you one number before we start. If your situation changes mid-year, we will tell you before any additional cost, not after.
Do you work with clients outside Minnesota or remotely?
Yes. We offer remote appointments and handle returns and bookkeeping for clients who cannot make it into the Minneapolis office.
What's the difference between bookkeeping and tax preparation?
Bookkeeping is the ongoing, month-to-month work of keeping your accounts accurate and current. Tax preparation uses those records to file your return. Many clients use us for both so nothing falls through the cracks.
When should I start tax planning, not just tax prep?
As soon as your income, business structure, or life situation gets more complex than a single job and a standard deduction. Planning ahead of year end is what actually lowers surprises the following April.
